On Monday, April 23, 2018 the National Car Rental PGA REACH Charity Pro-Am was hosted at Bellerive Country Club.

The field of 11 teams played on the same course that will have the eyes of the world fixed on St. Louis during the 100th PGA Championship in early August. A chance to take a photo with the Wanamaker Trophy was a highlight of the day as the prestigious 100-year old trophy was on display for the duration of the round and post-round reception.

Proceeds from each team’s registration went toward the PGA REACH Foundation.

Local media members from KSDK (Channel 5), KMOV (Channel 4), KTVI (Channel 2) and KMOX Radio came out to talk with the Gateway Section Executive Director Ali Wells and local PGA HOPE participant Bill Wiegand.

In total, 12 stories ran from Monday, April 23, through Sunday, April 30, totaling more than 24,000,000 impressions. Which means that our Foundation and our mission was seen and heard by a large part of the Greater St. Louis area.
